The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the freezer compartment of the refrigerator needed to be cleaned as something had leaked and froze on the surface. For it's age, the hotel was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was simple and nice; fruits, waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, and boiled eggs.

We came to Lewiston because of the gas break, so we had to be up and out the door early in the morning and didn't get back until late at night. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, they served breakfast earlier than normal so we could eat before work and one night I wanted to use the hot tub but I wasn't off work in time. The lady working the front desk let us go sit in the hot tube for just a bit.

I got a room at this place for my sister and her family. 2 adults and 3 very small children. They had breakfast in the morning, and the location is convenient. They stayed here and were comfortable.

Heard Sunday morning clerk complaining of how messy the cafeteria was after she had to clean up some spilled pancake batter. No extra towels when asked for some. No accommodation if staying 2 nights. 😕

Right along the Clearwater River. Nice view out our window. A couple nice casual restaurants and great antique mall within walking distance of hotel.

The location was perfect. The lady that works overnight was a little gruff when I went down at 5am asking for a couple of extra towels because there were two of us and I have a lot of hair.

Breakfast was very good but a bit crowded and has to request hot water for tea. Staff apologetic about hot water not being kept current but happened both days of our stay.

Breakfast great. Location not very attactive(in town next to railway track) but convenient to my destination (Lapwai).

Location was good and beds were comfortable. The first room we were assigned the A/C was not working but the manager moved us to a new room without a problem with a smile on her face and a ready apology.
